My previous job requires me to do hours of encoding, and a lot of Microsoft Office, MS Excel is my specialty because of my previous position as Payroll Officer, I also know how to work with MS PowerPoint, but i am not an expert at it. As a HR Officer, i use to write documents using MS Word. I can do basic Video/Audio editing. Researching and watching video tutorials and reading articles is what I love to do.
