I started as a Listing and Transaction Coordinator and I was mainly in charge of preparing and checking documents, to make sure it is accurate and complete for legal compliance. I was also responsible of scheduling appointments, inspections and repairs, and managing communication with all parties involved to guarantee that everyone is up to date and that no task nor detail will be missed. After 2 years, I transitioned to managing leads by organizing our CRM System and by tracking its progress. I'm also tasked with marketing our listings and services by creating content for several social media platforms, creating articles for our website, and creating different types of marketing campaigns, digital and printed. Lastly, and a vital part of my job, I also create and analyze reports to track the profitability of our lead sources and the success of our marketing campaigns.
