Hi! My Name is Arvin, I’m 26 and based in the Philippines. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Drafting, but along the way, I realized that the architecture path wasn’t really for me. I decided to take a different direction and try remote work, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made.
I started my remote career as an Operations Coordinator for a cleaning business, where I worked for about 4 years. My role was mainly focused on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and making sure everything stayed on track.
I help cleaning business owners in scheduling jobs, dispatching cleaners to job sites, and solving issues as they came up, whether it was incomplete addresses, missed bookings, or last-minute staff absences. I also communicated with clients, managed concerns, and followed up on payments to help keep the business running efficiently.
