I am outstandingly proficient at communications, written and verbal. I have been able to establish excellent rapport with customers in my previous jobs. My experience as a CSR has given me the capacity to provide quick and creative solutions to problems, as well as the ability to conduct research. I am also good at educating customers and teaching students who speak English as a second language.
