Retail - Handling customers compaling regarding about the products they received such as damage, incorrect and missing. Tracking the package and giving the details of the order and suggesting products that can help for selling.
Financial Account - Handling customers inquiries regarding about they account such as refund, balances, pending charges, financial hardship and escalating fraud activity. Empathizing and assuring the customers about their concern to avoid customer complain and avoid being irrate.
