Hi! I’m Kenneth John Capasao, a results-driven Electrical & Low-Voltage Estimator and Project Coordinator with nearly 5 years of hands-on experience supporting businesses through accurate estimating, organized project execution, and technical support.
I specialize in preparing material takeoffs, labor estimates, and scope reviews for electrical, structured cabling, security, and low-voltage systems, helping contractors and project teams develop competitive, well-supported bids. My experience includes working on Div 26, 27, and 28 scopes involving power distribution, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and data center infrastructure.
Over the years, I’ve supported projects by reviewing plans and specifications, developing Bills of Materials (BOMs), building labor and cost models, preparing proposal pricing, and identifying scope gaps through RFIs and estimate reviews. I work with tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, ConEst IntelliBid, Excel, and Office 365 to deliver organized, defensible estimates and project documentation.
In addition to estimating, I bring strong project coordination skills, supporting scheduling, material planning, subcontractor coordination, document control, and communication between field teams, vendors, and clients to keep projects moving efficiently.
My background also includes leadership and operations experience, where I developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. These roles strengthened my ability to support teams, manage priorities, and deliver work with quality, accuracy, and accountability.
