I have worked as a Corporate Paralegal for almost 9 years handling not only legal work but admin work as well. My paralegal work entails but is not limited to, scheduling meetings with stakeholders, drafting corporate and/or legal documents, contracts review, timely submission of documents with respective agencies, processing of payments for suppliers, and making travel arrangements for my direct supervisor.
