I am Graziella Lasquite, a licensed architect. I graduated in 2022 and I achieved the Best Thesis Award in my last year in college. I have also attended multiple workshops in relation to Architectural Drafting and Virtual Assistance.
I have two successful project turnovers; one is a bedroom renovation and the other one is a kitchen renovation. During my apprenticeship, I worked on different kinds of design projects including farms, resorts and hotels, residential subdivisions, resthouses, and several interior design projects like villas, stores, cafes, restaurants, and co-working spaces.
I am a passionate designer and have a strong understanding of the current design trends. I have a creative approach to problem-solving. I am also detail-oriented and proficient in the necessary software in creating and rendering a realistic visualization including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop and Autodesk Sketchbook. However, if there is any software that you require, I am willing to learn them and to undergo training. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
