I am experienced in handling quality reports and evaluation, problem solver and issue resolution. Took some courses that will enhance my capability of being virtual assistant, I also specialized sales management and can deal with customer in an effective manner. I have worked as a Paralegal/Case Manager/ Petition Processor to different law firms from Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin, using Best Case, Next Chapter and Clio as my main tools. I Grew up in a fast pace environment and can easily adapt changes. I am currently seeking for new learnings and new direct client.
