Currently, I work for Aleqx Lane Virtual assistant as a part time customer service support. I am basically assisting my client and doing most of her tasks. I do live chat, customer service and email support for inquiries of customers regarding the status of their packages and providing solutions to their inquiries through Zendesk. I also do data entry, organize and make a summary report everyday through google sheets and gmail. I am also a freelance TV commercial, digital and print advertisement actor for more than 9 years. This is my side hustle.
My past jobs was a real time analyst for eTelecare Global Solutions, I was part of the Workforce Management Team, monitoring the agents' adherence to their schedules, report generation and analysis. Then to Cebu Pacific Air as a cabin crew, I ensure the safety and comfort of passengers onboard the aircraft. I adhere to safety standards and deliver excellent customer service as I offer sales of food, beverage and merchandise. I also managed a family owned food service business, Panccitto, located in Tomas Morato Quezon City for 6 years. This business ownership is now transferred to my mother who is already retired. I still support this business as a marketing and customer service support.
