Resolves and investigates rejected chargeback cases from VISA and MasterCard.
Reports on fee collection and funds disbursement as a result of the Variance Funds investigation
Identify and report liquidated merchants upon chargeback investigations.
Investigate chargeback disputes and fraud-related chargebacks to minimize financial loss.
Communicate with merchants, customers, banks, and payment networks for dispute resolution.
