I have a background in both engineering and asset management, and over the past few years, I’ve developed a strong foundation in corporate operations and support. I started my professional journey as a Technical Engineer at Cebu Mitsumi, where I focused on minimizing process rejects through investigation and experimentation, aiming to consistently meet production yield targets. That experience honed my analytical and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
I then transitioned into the tech and corporate support industry with Accenture, where I worked as an Associate Software Engineer. My responsibilities included providing technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to workstations, servers, compliance, and network assets. Eventually, I took on a dual role as an Asset Manager and Asset Governance Specialist, managing and analyzing asset inventories while ensuring movements complied with PEZA regulations. I became proficient in tools like ServiceNow, SAP CRM, Siebel, and Enterprise Asset Management systems, which has helped me become highly detail-oriented
I have a great experience in Data and Asset Management, where I ensure accurate asset data, which is crucial for internal reporting and customer billing. I work closely with different teams to maintain up-to-date records and help ensure operational accuracy.
I’ve always taken pride in being dependable, professional, and adaptable. I work well under pressure and can multitask efficiently. One of my strengths is being a quick learner — I’m confident that if you need me to learn a specific program or system, I can pick it up independently and fast. I require minimal supervision and always make sure that I see tasks through to completion.
As noted in my resume, I’m also highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and well-versed in strategic thinking and communication. I believe in contributing real value to the team and always being present and accountable.
