At the Government, I served as an administrative staff for 7 years where I take the role of an encoder who receives communications, request and invitations for the Governor. I also held multiple roles that sharpened my leadership and communication skills. As a Team Leader, I coached tea-----------mbers, mentored new hires, and facilitated hands-on learning experiences to ensure team readiness and knowledge on what services the govenrment offers.
