I currently work as an Operations Coordinator (or Program Coordinator), serving as the main liaison between our clients and the recruiting team. I handle a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Communicating client hiring needs to the recruiting team
Recommending qualified candidates to client managers
Coordinating with HR on worker-related concerns such as coaching, feedback, or termination
Informing managers and payroll if timesheets are missing or incorrect
