I am an EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. I started working since I am 18 years old in different kinds of fields or establishments like a fast food chain, bookstore, hardware and in the BPO industry. One thing in common, they all required excellent customer service skills. Over the years, the experiences that I had thought me how to deal with different kinds of customers. I worked for call center companies for more than 3 years as a customer service representative and technical support for international accounts. And I was part of the supervisors' group back then, assisting customer calls that are already escalated from the lower tier. I do have knowledge about mobile phone services in the US and as well as technical troubleshooting for mobile phones. Aside from customer service and call handling skills both in inbound and outbound calls, I also have basic knowledge in handling emails and sales. I also know how to use MS word and excel but not an expert at it. I am reliable, hardworking and can work with less supervision. I may be new in the virtual world but I am very much willing to undergo training to learn new things. I am very excited to learn new skills and contribute to your companies growth and myself personally. I will be very glad to work 40 hours a week and can render overtime if needed. And shifting schedules is not a problem for me.
