Currently, I serve as an Executive Assistant to company directors, where I manage high-level schedules, communications, and operational support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Previously, I worked in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where I began as an Administrative Assistant and was later promoted to Customer Care Specialist. In this role, I not only handled client bookings, monitored monthly sales, and ensured excellent customer experience across multiple service touchpoints, but I also played a key role in creating and streamlining process flows. This included refining administrative tasks, improving workflow efficiency, and implementing processes that enhanced overall team productivity.
Earlier in my career, I led a team of 13 customer service representatives as a Call Center Supervisor. I oversaw chat support, email correspondence, and social media channels, focusing on performance management and quality service delivery.
