My customer service experience goes back to my first job working as a Transport Associate at a 5 star Hotel in Metro Manila. I greeted customers, answering queries, providing transportation booking and reservations, upselling transportation vehicles & helped them solve their problems. I have since worked at customer service desk in automotive dealership where I represented and served as ambassador in communicating company's image as high quality service provider ensuring all clients, customers and visitors receive prompt and exemplary customer service. Most recently, I worked as a fraud and claims operations specialist in a call center setup for a financial institution, where I helped customers solve problems with their credit cards resolving dispute and claims issues.
