I have been with the BPO industry for 8 years now and worked with different LOBs. I handled healthcare insurance on my first job for almost 2 years then transferred to tracking/order process/management for almost 2 years. There I handled agents' purchase orders, tracking them as well as credit-debit for order discrepancies. Now, I am handling auto and home insurance and its billing. I am helping agents with their quotes, provide necessary information to keep the account active which includes the customer's billing update and insurance status.
