- Create sheet metal design and cut summary of flat pattern in DXF file format for laser cutting.
- Proficient in using Solidworks using solid modelling technique and surface modelling technique.
- Best practice of metrology, fits and GD&T (Geometric Distancing and Tolerancing).
- Analyze product for manufacturing technique, capabilities and limitations.
- Knowledgeable in additive manufacturing and subractive manufacturing.
- Uses 3D printing for rapid prototyping and development.
- Provide aid of jig design and tooling applications for production.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of CNC machine operations and commands.
- Provide comprehensive BOQ (Bill of Quantity) of materials including dimensioning for fabrication and production.
- Collaborate ideas to the preferred output according to its design and function as well as the client requirements.
- Manage production timeline for deliverables and communication with internal customers.
- Provide practical fabrication-ready solutions.
- Provide periodic updates of production progress.
- Safety considerations for the production and installation team.
