I have expertise managing construction projects; I have worked on residential and commercial buildings, mid-rise projects, and houses from rough to finish. The Philippines' first AI-ready data center manages security systems like CCTV, bi-folding COVA gates, boom barriers, turnstiles, road blockers, and door accessories. In addition, I currently work with Ayala Malls Nuvali as a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer, where I manage the alarm and fire detection systems. Given the time and responsibilities I took on as a project manager, project in-charge, and QA/QC engineer during the course of my most years of experience, I can say that I have already acquired the following skills.
When it comes to construction plans, I am the kind of person who always depends on the specifics of the approved design and construction plan. As a well-organized leader, I plan out the next work in advance according to the construction timelines. Additionally, I have strong verbal and writing communication abilities to ensure that everyone is working toward the same objective and that any changes are recorded and sent to the appropriate trades or individuals by email. I'm also open to learning new things that will help me develop and evolve; I can readily accept and pick up the knowledge I require.
