As a licensed Nutritionist-Dietitian with a strong academic foundation and diverse hands-on experience, I am passionate about promoting health and well-being through evidence-based nutrition practices. Graduating with distinction from the University of Santo Tomas, I’ve cultivated a solid understanding of clinical nutrition, food service systems, and public health initiatives.
My journey has taken me from community-based projects like developing barangay nutrition action plans to clinical settings where I supported individualized patient care. I’ve also had the opportunity to contribute as a Virtual Assistant for a US-based firm, which sharpened my organizational and communication skills in a remote work environment.
