I have a background in the customer service industry since 2008 having developed skills like problem-solving, providing excellent customer service, having a strong attention to detail, multitasking and being highly organized. Majority of the jobs I had in the past were in the automotive industry particularly in sales. I also did marketing online and offline using Canva and CapCut for graphic design and short videos. My administrative role continued even in sales by serving as my own secretary preparing the necessary documents for my clients before a unit turnover and entering their data in the system for their car loan application. I'm not just a sales agent, I'm also a well-experienced assistant offline. I'm transitioning to be a Virtual Assistant for a more work-life balance.
