I’ve led day-to-day operations for short-term rentals, overseeing vendor coordination and guest experience management. Whether working with clients, cleaners, or contractors, I bring empathy, clear communication, and a strong commitment to high standards.
In previous roles, I’ve managed community programs, facilitated events, and contributed to HR functions such as interviewing, onboarding, and engagement. I enjoy building systems that center people while helping teams work more effectively together. I’m especially energized by mission-driven organizations that value collaboration, inclusion, and long-term impact.
Alongside operations and project work, I also do event and workshop facilitation as well as voice talent work. Whether hosting virtual sessions or delivering voiceovers, I use presence and active listening to connect with audiences in meaningful and engaging ways.
