Most recent job was as a Team Manager for a FinTech company serving as a trading platform for crypto currencies. I worked with a group of 13-17 people in delivering excellent customer experience to our platform users while ensuring that utmost security is observed in accordance to existing company and government policies. I also worked as a bookkeeper for a property management company and was responsible for maintaining their books of accounts and also helped in preparing the necessary financial statements. Before making it to a managerial position,I started my career in the BPO industry and was handling technical accounts. I worked with a telecommunications company and my major responsibility is to assist customers over the phone who were having issues with their internet services. I then moved into a different company and was handling a home security account. My primary task is to help our field technicians in installing or activating home security systems. I was also responsible for after sales support for newly installed home security system.
