• Ensures that KYC (KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER) procedures are being followed diligently in the branch as per the organizations of AML policy and procedures.
• The first hand of information and reports to Compliance department with justification.
• Verifying all transactions with regards to authenticity and legality of sources and purpose.
• Verifying and confirming all documents submitted for corporate onboard on how proper and appropriate the submission.
• Communicating with concerned parties in case of anything pending for approval.
• Replies to all AML queries within the stipulated time.
• Receives all enquiries in compliance team and is responsible in always maintaining confidentiality of the request.
• Verifies evidence of high value of foreign currency exchange transactions such as sources of funds and proper identification.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decisions
• Process multi transaction which includes but is not limited to foreign currency exchange, all outward remittances through NEFT/ RTGS/ IBAN/SWIFT settlements by foreign/local currency.
• WPS salary processing from documents requirement? application ?documents approval? WPS funding and salary disbursement.
• Corporate application and fund transfer.
• Adherence to a complaint-free and fast but error-free delivery of services.
• Contribute and exceed the allocated sales target for individual retail unit by offering excellence in customer service and cross-selling of products and services.
• Working knowledge of MS Office – MS Word and MS Excel. Extensive use of Emails & Internet
• Efficient in determining counterfeits notes, cash balancing, cash shortage or overage, double posting and misclassification due to system defects.
• Generate an end day report with efficient balanced cash collection.
• Solves problem items in emails and in customer complaints.
• Entertain customer queries and requests thus maintaining good quality relationship with customers.
• Observes a high level of cooperation with the Branch in charge, colleagues and all supporting units in the company.
