As someone who has been leading a team of 12 to 15 people for 9 years, I had the privilege to acquire different skills pivotal to the role. I am also fortunate to still have the opportunity to hone other skills. I developed the ability to cleary communicate the planning strategies to achieve the set goals. Execution of the action plans is also one of my expertise. This includes Accountability and Follow- Through. Motivation and Morale building as well as Team Development and Support are part of my daily routine.
