Hi! I’m Ma. Christine Ledda. I’ve been working in customer service and technical support for almost seven years now — handling TV services, wireless or mobility accounts, and POS and Backoffice systems.
Most of my work involves helping customers fix technical issues through calls, chat, or email, while keeping the experience positive and easy for them.
I’m patient, empathetic, and skilled at handling different types of customers with professionalism. I have strong communication skills, can stay calm under pressure, and always focus on finding solutions that leave customers satisfied. Plus, I’m reliable and quick to learn, which helps me adapt well to any system or process.
I’m also very comfortable using tools like Zendesk, Slack, Confluence, and Salesforce, which I know are common in fast-paced tech environments.
I’m someone who really values great customer experience — making sure that every person I talk to feels heard, supported, and satisfied by the time we end the conversation.
