I’m Jen Nico L. Olalia, an aspiring Industrial Engineer with a strong foundation in process improvement, data analysis, and operations management. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve developed key strengths in leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. I thrive in collaborative environments and am confident in my ability to manage time, organize tasks, and communicate effectively.
During my on-the-job training at Quanta Paper Corporation, I gained hands-on experience in production planning, inventory control, and SAP Business One. I’m also a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a Safety Officer 2 trainee, equipping me with a mindset for continuous improvement and workplace safety.
Being actively involved in student organizations, including serving as President of the PIIE Northern and Central Luzon Student Chapter, has further honed my teamwork and project management skills. I’m passionate about making operations run smoothly and efficiently and am now looking forward to bringing my skills and energy to a company where I can grow and contribute meaningfully.
