Before I present my skills, I want to introduce myself. I graduated with Bachelor's Degree, in pursuit of further professional development I completed Professional Education units in 2024, major in Social Studies and recently became a Certified Human Resource Associate.
These academic and professional achievements have equipped me with both business and educational insights, which I believe are essential for performing administrative duties.
Professionally, I bring with me valuable administrative and organizational experience. As a Human Resource Assistant with a focus on Learning and Development, I was responsible for preparing training programs for employees, I am also responsible for conducting pre - employment orientation for newly hired personnel and preparing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), regularly update staffing plan and assisting in the implementation of capacity-building activities. These tasks enhanced my planning, documentation, and coordination skills—essential functions for the role I am applying for.
Currently, I am employed as an Accounting Specialist at one of the Government Agency here in Philippines, where I am entrusted with overseeing accounts payable processes, conducting account analysis for reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies. This role has strengthened my analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in handling financial documents and ensuring accurate reporting—competencies which are transferable to administrative functions.
