I am a registered nurse transitioning into the logistics industry and recently completed training in freight dispatching and logistics coordination. During my training, I learned the fundamentals of shipment tracking, dispatch coordination, communicating with drivers, updating load status, and organizing logistics records to help keep trucking operations running smoothly. My background in healthcare has helped me develop strong attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
In addition to my nursing background, I also have experience working in online jobs that involve calling and communicating with clients, which strengthened my communication and organizational skills in a remote work environment. I am eager to begin my career as a Freight Dispatcher or Logistics Support Virtual Assistant and I am willing to continue learning and undergo additional training to effectively support logistics and trucking operations.
