As a reporting analyst, I am responsible for running and analyzing reports generated from Workday and WorkforceDNA to support various Business needs. My role requires a strong focus on data accuracy, security, and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive employee information. I work closely with requesters to understand their specific requirements, investigate their needs, and identify the most appropriate reports or metrics to support them.
In addition to my reporting expertise, I bring valuable experience from my previous role as an Expatriate Advisor where I managed compensation and stakeholder management. I was the main point of contact for expatriates, overseeing their end-to-end needs while on assignment. These are ranging from immigration and housing to travel benefits, education, and data management. This background has strengthened my skills in client servicing, cross-functional coordination, and maintaining a high standard of data integrity and support.
