Hi, I am Kim. I help fitness, wellness and beauty brands improve customer experience and maintain an active online presence through customer and social media management support.
I have a total 5 years of customer service experience, starting as a Customer Service Representative and later promoted to Operations Supervisor. My background includes handling customer inquiries, chat and email support, team supervision, KPI monitoring, generating reports for weekly business review, handling customer escalations, and daily operations management in fast-paced environments.
I also support businesses with social media tasks such as DM and comment management, content creation, content scheduling, basic CapCut video editing and Canva graphic designs. For customer support such as email, chat and ticket support, handling inquiries and making follow-ups.
Tools I use include Canva, CapCut, Google Drive, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Zendesk, ChatGPT, Zoom, and Loom.
I am available for full-time work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST and I am open to long-term remote opportunities with business owners who need dependable support.
