I started my career at Qualfon under the Straight Talk (Telco) account as both a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Technical Support Representative (TSR), where I developed strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer engagement skills. I then joined Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative, further strengthening my ability to handle customer concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent satisfaction ratings.
During my Compliance Analyst OJT, I gained valuable experience in reviewing data accuracy, policy compliance, and quality assurance. Currently, I work with OP360 as a Product Validator and Data Analyst for the OnlineMetals marketplace under the Mirakl eCommerce platform. My role focuses on product data entry, validation, and enhancement — ensuring all listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with marketplace standards.
