As an Account Manager/ Sales Account Executive, I’ve spent the last six years handling both government and private sector accounts and in that time, I’ve built a solid foundation in sales, client relationship management, and growing accounts strategically. What drives me is building long-term partnerships, and I believe that passion, paired with my experience, makes me a great fit for this role.
Over the years, I’ve managed engagements involving Microsoft Licensing, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, Automation, and Network Infrastructure. I’ve even had some hands-on exposure to hybrid air-conditioning solutions and UPS for data centers, which gave me a deeper understanding of technical setups. Working alongside technical teams has taught me how to tailor each solution to fit exactly what the client needs, not just what’s available.
On the tools side, I’m very familiar with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics CRM, and Zoho CRM. I use them to manage pipelines, track forecasts, and stay in sync with clients throughout the entire process.
Outside of sales, I’ve worn a lot of hats especially in start-up settings where I had to dive into marketing support and even some light finance tasks like managing sales invoices. I adapt quickly, thrive under pressure, and treat rejection as something to learn from, not shy away from. I’m always motivated by the idea that a new day brings fresh opportunities.
