For the past six years, I have worked at a BPO company supporting various accounts, including customer support for a locker campaign and a retail application as a customer chat support representative, where I handled customer complaints and queries. I also worked as a content moderator reviewing user-generated content and as an annotator for an autonomous vehicle project, helping train the AV to perceive its surroundings on the road. In addition, I served as a Workforce Seat Planner, assigning seats to agents and creating floor maps for the entire company building. Using Google Sheets, I built heat maps to ensure there were no scheduling conflicts.
