I have a proven track record in property management for almost a year now. Responsible for the planning and execution of the property’s 52-week Engineering Calendar for preventive maintenance, has full oversight of third-party Contractors’ Maintenance Services in line with the service agreements and building Standards. Including but not limited to meter reading, personnel evaluation, and preventive maintenance report. Responsible for materials analysis, labor cost evaluation, negotiation and procurement for engineering works and activities. Prior to this, my past experience has allowed me to hone my skills in MEP projects in residential properties. My key responsibilities were supervision of manpower and activities onsite. Ensures documentation of progress reports is accurate and timely. Estimate materials required to guarantee the project budget is aligned. Proposes Design alterations to project plans in-line with the construction standards and execute various techniques to reduce costs and meet client deadlines. Oversee implementation of plans for plumbing, sanitation, electrical auxiliary, fire-protection, and maintenance of the project site.
