I am Niel Anthony F. Gelig, a Psychology graduate with strong foundations in understanding people, communication, and organizational management. Through my experiences as a student leader, I have honed leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, which I further strengthened during my internship in the Human Resource Department of GenSan Doctors Hospital. There, I developed adaptability, attention to detail, and proficiency in handling tasks in compensation and benefits.
