He proved to be one of the key factors in his company by working as a CCMS operator in Sands Macao which conducts migrations of programs, administrative supports and rectifying concerns and defective units. Works hand-in-hand with different departments when conducting on-site maintenance which results to attention to details and communications skills enhancement. He also Improved his digital marketing skills, customer relationship management & business strategy while owning an online business during pandemic which still running until now.
