I also worked with healthcare data, which taught me to be detail-oriented and organized, especially when handling sensitive information.
Before that, I gained customer-facing experience at Star Parks Corp. and Island Spa, where I managed front desk operations, scheduled appointments, and handled client inquiries. These roles helped me develop strong communication and multitasking skills, which are crucial even in a non-voice, remote setup.
