My journey across roles as Subject Matter Expert (SME), Quality Analyst (QA), and Corporate Trainer has shaped me into a well-rounded professional who thrives in both people-focused and process-driven environments.
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
I began by supporting operations on the ground — enforcing policies, managing escalations, and acting as a knowledge bridge between leadership and frontline teams. This role honed my ability to communicate clearly, maintain consistency in process execution, and support teams through fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
Quality Analyst (QA)
Here, I dove deep into data — not just crunching numbers, but turning them into insights that drove action. I performed data mining, extraction, analysis, and conversion to evaluate performance trends and identify gaps. Alongside this, I conducted coaching sessions, facilitated performance improvement plans, and worked closely with team leaders to ensure policies were not only followed but understood and applied effectively.
Corporate Trainer
This role took everything I’d learned and elevated it. As a Trainer, I handled new hire onboarding, leadership development, skills enhancement training, and cross-training initiatives. I developed learning materials, crafted training and business plans, and presented data-driven business reviews. Beyond the training room, I contributed to employee engagement programs, offered ad-hoc support to under-resourced departments, and remained on-call for urgent operational needs — consistently going beyond my core scope because I believe in true team collaboration.
