I worked as a Remote Administrative Assistant for the last 6 years for an Australian Real Estate Company and a SEO Digital Marketing Agency. Before diving to the remote administrative role, I had worked in various BPO industries such as JP Morgan Chase, Convergys, and Teletech Philippines. I may have not pursued my profession as a Nurse but I was able to apply critical thinking, adaptability, and resilience as I ventured in different kinds of roles in Customer Service.
Some of my tasks Email and Calendar Management, Create SOPs, Staff Onboarding and Offboarding, Staff Payroll, Research, Troubleshooting basic technical/software staff issues, Assist Property Managers in tenant listings and documentation, Customer Service Management, and any ad hoc administrative tasks.
I can adapt easily to new CRM and I have experience with Go Highlevel, Asana, Monday, and Click-up. I can be easily trained with a strong work ethic. I am resourceful and a team player.
