I have been a Learning and Development Specialist with more than 13 years of experience facilitating new hire, near hire, and operations-based classes. I have also gained knowledge in terms of coordinating with program partners and clients – this includes orientation, seminars, career talks, reports, curriculum/ training material creation, class and quality intervention, and tracker management. I have also assisted programs through numerous tasks in achieving exceptional attrition and performance percentages while keeping in touch with the employees. I would like to challenge myself into a role that would improve my knowledge and potential and help a new group of professionals.
