I’m Robert an insurance professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience across Life, Non-Life, HMO, Medical, and more recently, Microinsurance (2.5 years). I’ve worked with both insurance companies and brokerages, which has given me a well rounded view of how the entire insurance process works from start to finish.
I’ve handled everything from client onboarding, proposal prep, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, to claims coordination for both individual and corporate accounts. I’ve also supported facultative placements, inward reinsurance issuance, and worked closely with reinsurers to make sure terms and processes are aligned properly.
On top of that, I’m very familiar with SLAs and KPIs, I’ve helped teams meet turnaround times, improve claims handling, and boost client satisfaction and policy accuracy. I also bring in a strong admin background, with solid knowledge in systems like Oracle and CRM tools.

Alongside my insurance background, I also have 8 years of experience in system administration and network support, including Oracle database maintenance, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and ensuring IT infrastructure runs securely and efficiently.
