I have hands-on experience managing digital platforms, including creating and editing videos, designing thumbnails and graphics, uploading content through YouTube Studio, and managing posts across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

In addition to my digital background, I have customer service experience from helping manage my family’s businesses, including a bakeshop, sari-sari store, and soft drinks business.
