As a Development Control Officer assigned at Nuvali Estate under TeamGlobal, I am responsible for overseeing the proper operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment through regular inspections, preventive measures, and corrective actions. I implement energy conservation and cost-saving initiatives while closely monitoring utility consumption, and I track and communicate the status of work requests to ensure timely completion. My role involves monitoring ongoing construction works to ensure compliance with established guidelines and providing status reports to the Property Manager. I also prepare and review project plans, estimates, and scopes of work, while ensuring safety programs are strictly enforced to reduce risks and liabilities. In addition, I assist in organizing fire and earthquake drills, conduct daily coordination meetings with security, maintenance, and janitorial teams, and contribute to the preparation and delivery of presentations for management and stakeholders.
