Hi! I’m Kent Adrianne Fidelino De Felix, a passionate and multitalented assistant from the Philippines. I am a Senior High School graduate and the Class Valedictorian of my batch from the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) academic strand, I’ve gained strong skills in writing, editing, leadership, and communication.
I am a Campus Journalist and served as the Editor-in-Chief during my 4th year. I successfully revived our school publication after 10 years of inactivity. I’ve written and edited articles, led teams under pressure, and coordinated publishing schedules — all while staying on top of academics.
I have 9 months experience as a customer service representative in VXI Global holdings in the Philippines under Technical Support Account specifically Comcast. I gained so much experience dealing with technical, sales and billing issues.
