I handle order tracking, refunds, cancellations, and product inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction and meeting SLA targets. I also ensure clean and accurate customer records and support overall workflow efficiency.
My tools include Shopify, Gorgias, Reamaze, Freshdesk, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Outlook, Trello, Airtable, Notion, Hubstaff, ChatGPT, and Claude. I also have basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, and Python, which helps me understand systems and support automation when needed.
I am available for full-time work and can align with US, AU, or UK time zones. I have a stable fiber internet connection, complete remote setup, and a quiet workspace.
