Good day! I am Marivic Nicolas from the Philippines. I'm currently working as a HR Recruitment Staff in a well known Logistics Company in South East Asia. As part of the HR Recruitment, I handle the end-to-end process of our hiring starting from the selection through invites, interviewing, background checking, conducting orientation for newly hired employees, and providing assistance during on boarding and even after deployment. During this end-to-end process I can consider myself to be a good team player, as working in the HR Field made me realize that it requires great communication and cooperation among your colleagues in order to produce results efficiently.
