Shaira Mae Alaya Ay is a Licensed Professional Teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, major in English, from Jose Rizal Memorial State University. I earned 30 academic units in my Master of Arts in Education, major in English, further deepening my expertise in language and literature. With over two years of experience in ESL teaching and a strong background in classroom management, she is dedicated to fostering a student-centered, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Her off-campus training and involvement in various tutorial programs have honed her skills in organizing activities, managing diverse learners, and applying innovative teaching strategies.
