-Pays attention to details that fits the company’s standard rules.
-Pays attention to details before sending orders to production -Sends orders to production -Updates orders status every other day
-Tracking orders thru Calls/ Emails
-Inbound calls from cx and suppliers about different inquiries like tracking #, order quantities, error website log ins, changes in shipping address and replacements/Exchange of items.
-Outbound calls to customers and suppliers for confirmations,Inventories and order statuses.
